- A visit to this province would be amiss without celebrating more of its Celtic roots. Celebrate song, dance, and the heritage of Cape Breton Island at the Celtic Music Centre. Plus, join in a ceilidh, a traditional Scottish gathering and learn the folksongs sung for generations.

Itinerary
Day 1
Travel to Halifax
- Arrive in Halifax and check in to the hotel
- Departing for a guided tour of the Halifax Citadel
- Dinner and overnight in Halifax
Day 2
Lunenburg - Peggy’s Cove
- After breakfast it’s off to Lunenburg, a historic town and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Enjoy a guided, scenic walking tour of Lunenburg, followed by a guided tour of the Fisheries Museum, with lunch at the Old Fish Factory restaurant.
- The journey will continue, following the scenic shoreline with a stop at Mahone Bay, and then arrivng at Peggy’s Cove with its famous lighthouse.
- The evening will be free for more exploring in Halifax.
Day 3
Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo
- Take a leisurely morning to enjoy the hotel amenities or to discover more of downtown Halifax.
- After lunch, depart for the Scotiabank Center and get a peek at the work behind the scenes with a Tattoo Backstage tour.
- Afterwards, walk to a local restaurant for an included group dinner.
- Then return to the Scotiabank Center for the main event, The Royal Nova Scotia International Tattoo. The “Tattoo” is an extravaganza with pipes and drums, dancing, and unique acts featuring the Canadian military and military units from other countries.
- Back to hotel and rest.
Day 4
Halifax - Baddeck
- Today we’ll have an early start, heading for Cape Breton Island.
- Stop at the Antigonish Farmers’ Market and shop for everything from fresh produce to handmade wares.
- In the afternoon, visit the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, a National Historic Site of Canada.
Day 5
Cabot Trail - Baddeck Gathering Ceilidhs
- Today, we experience the striking beauty of the Cape Breton Highlands National Park as we travel Canada’s most scenic and photographed drive, the Cabot Trail.
- We’ll be back at the hotel with time to freshen up before dinner.
- Then, a fun evening is in store with traditional Cape Breton fiddle music, song and dance from The Baddeck Gathering Ceilidhs.
Day 6
Celtic Music Centre - Home
- After breakfast, we’ll head to the Celtic Music Centre to learn about the culture and traditions of Cape Breton Island.
- Test your skills at the fiddle and try a traditional square dance.
- After lunch, depart for the Halifax Airport for the flight home

- Infant below 2 years old sharing same room with parents is charged for 30%.
- Child from 2 to under 12 years old sharing same room with parents is charged for 75%.

Policies
Confirmation
– Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
Redemption
– You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
Terms & Condition
– All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking, please do not book the airline tickets until your received the confirmation.
– Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted):
+ All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
+ Cancellations received 14 or more days prior to departure – 50% of total purchase amount.
+ Cancellations received within 14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 100% per person.
– Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
– The refund amount will be credited directly to your AHL Tours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
– Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
– We reserve right to cancel a schedule to fully refund affected customers although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
